To connect, enhance and inspire Greater Statesville’s young professionals to make a positive difference within the community. Through development, attraction and retention, SURGE seeks to accelerate the influence of diverse emerging leaders, leading to positive community growth.
Our vision is to be recognized as the area's premier young professionals' organization, offering professional development, community involvement, and networking and social activities that allow our members to develop personally and professionally to achieve overall success. SURGE will serve as a voice for young professionals entering the workforce and to focus quality of life issues.

NETWORKING & LEADERSHIP - Monthly happy hours and seasonal social events and Board and committee positions allow for leadership opportunities.
SERVICE - YP organizes group donations to several organizations throughout the year and offers service projects opportunities to support our community
