Iredell Ready is a workforce initiative that identifies, aligns, and enhances strategic priorities across the workforce pipeline, starting in K-12 to retirement. Working with academia, industry, government, and community partners, Iredell Ready is Building Pathways to Better Futures that meet the needs of Iredell County’s industries.

Join business leaders, educators, workforce partners, and elected officials to hear insights on from Keynote Speaker Dr. Bill Daggett on the Future of Artificial Intelligence, an update on the State of Educational Attainment in NC and Iredell County from myFutureNC, and highlights from Iredell Ready.
