What We Do: Mold Inspections, Indoor Air Quality Investigations & Sampling CES performs mold inspections, indoor air quality and sampling to determine the cause of any suspected moisture and mold conditions inside a home or building. All mold inspections, indoor air quality investigations and sampling are conducted by a Certified Indoor Environmental Consultant (CIEC) through the American Council for Accredited Certification (ACAC). Asbestos Inspections & Sampling CES performs simple inspections for the presence and/or absence of suspected asbestos containing building materials often identified during real estate home inspections of older properties (pre-1978) and commercial building. CES also performs AHERA and NESHAP asbestos inspections for schools, commercial buildings and 4-family dwellings. All asbestos inspections and sampling are conducted by an accredited North Carolina Asbestos Building Inspector. Underground Storage Tank Sweeps CES also performs property inspection and the detection for buried underground heating oil tanks on residential properties.
