Volunteers Needed for EOG Testing!

We are in need of volunteers to proctor for the End-of-Grade tests. As you know, these tests are given at the end of every year and take the cooperation of many people to complete successfully. We truly could not do this without parental and community support. The dates are as follows: May 18, May 21, May 22, May 23, May 24, May 25 and May 29. You can proctor as few as one day or every day!

Proctors should arrive at the school at 7:45 and be prepared to stay until 12:00 noon, although most testing is completed before that time. If you are able to help, we would greatly appreciate it! Proctor training will be May 8th at 3:30pm-4:30pm or May 9th at 9:00am-10:00am in the elementary campus boardroom. You only need to attend one training session. Please RSVP using the link below.

• Please note that if parents volunteer, they will not be placed in their child’s class and may not be placed within their grade level
• Please also note that proctors are not limited to parents. We are glad to accept help from community members as well. (Proctors must be 18 years of age or older.)
