Oh where can I begin... I was skeptical when I first applied as a CAREGiver with Home Instead as I have always been in retail management, after going through training, and getting to know the amazing, supportive, and down-to-earth office staff and owners, I just jumped right into caring for clients. I fell in love instantly and knew deep down it was meant to be. After nine months of being a CAREPro, I decided I wanted to take a role in the office in hopes to help families, other CAREPro's, and continue my education. Everyday is different and there has been some challenges, but I do not think there is no job without struggles. There is one thing I can always count on is the support from coworkers, everyone is always looking out for one another. After my mother getting sick, countless vehicle issues, and day-to-day problems, Home Instead has always been there for me supporting more ways than I can think. I can truly say I cannot see myself elsewhere and have no plans on leaving unless it is to get food. It has been a true blessing working with this company.
