Rescue Ranch selected as a 2023 Sip It Forward® Recipient from Hoptown Brewing

Have you heard about Sip It Forward® at Hoptown Brewing?

"Love for community and a passion to reach out and help their neighbors were both evident at Hoptown Brewing Co. on Plantation Ridge Drive in Mooresville during the celebration of another successful Sip It Forward campaign. It was announced that $18,115 had been raised over the last year to give back to the community.

This program to give back to local charities was initiated in 2021 by Sandy and Scott Plemmons, founders and marketing partners, when the company first opened.

Sip It Forward is Hoptown’s signature annual fundraiser, pairing the Sip It Forward beer with a donation. When customers purchase the Sip It Forward beer, they receive a $1 token and drop it in the slot of the charity they wish to support.

Having worked in a nonprofit segment, Sandy said with emotion in her voice, that she understood the struggles of raising money, and therefore, “hopefully, this little brewery can make a big difference.” - As Seen On Statesville Record & Landmark.

Sip It Forward® 4 Miler 4 Charities

Hoptown Brewing also hosted their Sip It Forward® 4 Miler 4 Charities on March 25, 2023! Runners & walkers received a Sip It Forward® token in their runner’s pack to choose the charity they wanted to make their donation to.

What a great turnout for this event! Our team had a great day out cheering on event participants.

Rescue Ranch was honored to be a part of this event and to be selected as one of four charities for the 2023 Sip It Forward Campaign!

Patrons can continue to support Rescue Ranch through Sip It Forward® through March 2024:

• Order the Sip It Forward® {Hoptown’s super drinkable blonde ale} or purchase tokens for $1 each

• Then, drop the token provided in the slot for Rescue Ranch!

Donations to Rescue Ranch will be presented in March 2024, when this year's program cycle comes to an end and new charities are announced for 2024.
