• Municipal Operations Center Construction Project: Updates on the ongoing construction of the Statesville Public Power Building were provided, highlighting progress and next steps in the development of this essential facility.
• Airport Terminal Building Construction: An update on the new Statesville Regional Airport Terminal Building was shared, focusing on its current construction status and how it will enhance aviation services and economic growth in Statesville.
• Statesville Police Department Expansion: The City Manager reported on the expansion project for the Statesville Police Department.
• Stop the Violence Event: A recap of the "Stop the Violence" event held on August 24, 2024, at Alex Cooper Park was included. The event aimed to foster community unity and raise awareness about reducing violence in Statesville.
