πΉBuilding Standards Director (Full-Time): Performs complex and advanced professional, technical, and managerial work planning, organizing and directing a department responsible for compliance with zoning regulations and building codes at construction sites and, upon completion of construction, investigating complaints of zoning and code violations, resolving violations, and related work. Specific departmental functions include construction plan review, building inspections, building code and ordinance enforcement, and building permitting functions within the City of Statesville.
πΉPolice Officer (Full-Time): Performs intermediate protective service work involving a variety of general or support duty police assignments; does related work as required. Work is performed under the supervision of Patrol Corporals and Sergeants.
πΉElectric Line Designer (Full-Time): Responsible for performing technical work in the design of electrical services, line additions, deletions, relocations, and modifications within the Electric Utilities department; responsible for assisting with electric distribution line design, utility locating, preparation of construction drawings, setting field stakes, and GIS services within the Electric Utilities department. Provide project management services for these projects from inception to completion.
