VII. CONSENT AGENDA All items below are considered to be routine by City Council and will be enacted by one motion. A. Consider approving the July 15, 2024 Pre-Agenda and City Council meeting minutes. (E. Kurfees)

B. Consider accepting the Jennings Park Sewer System Operation and Maintenance Agreement. (Vaughan)

C. Consider approving the Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) Regulatory Monitoring and Fee Schedule Amendment and approve Budget Amendment #2025-03. (Vaughan)

D. Consider approving Work Authorization #17, Amendment 1 for additional project inspection and services for the Southeast Corporate Apron Project in the amount of $305,967.00. (Ferguson)

E. Consider approving Work Authorization #25 in the amount of $545,417.00 for design services for the South Development Area for future aircraft hangars. (Ferguson)

F. Consider approving the revised Lake Norman Regional Transportation Commission Interlocal Agreement. (Ashley)

G. Consider co-sponsoring the annual “Stop the Violence Cookout” event by the Clean Hearts Organization and providing in-kind services and assistance with event related expenses. (Griggs)

H. Consider approving Budget Amendment # 2025-04 which uses a fund balance appropriation to allow for the rollover of outstanding purchase orders. (Carr)

VIII. Conduct a public hearing and consider passing the first reading of an ordinance to amend the City of Statesville Charter to change the terms of the at-large City Council Members and move the election date from October 2025 to November 2025. (E. Kurfees)

IX. Conduct a public hearing and consider passing first reading of Rezoning Request ZC24-11 Holland Farms PUD, for properties located on Scott’s Creek Road between Arrington Farm Lane and Miller Farm Road; Tax ID # 4726-30-0596; from Iredell County RA (Residential Agricultural) District and Iredell County M-1 (Light Manufacturing) District to City of Statesville Planned Unit Development (PUD). X. Conduct a public hearing and approve first reading of rezoning request ZC24-12 for properties located at 2131, 2151, and 2155 Amity Hill Road, Statesville, NC; Iredell County Tax Parcel #’s 4743-14-6912 and 4743-15-4268; from City of Statesville HI (Heavy Industrial) to R-20 (Suburban Residential).
