City Holiday Closings and Revised Sanitation Schedules: New Year's Day

𝑵𝒆𝒘 𝒀𝒆𝒂𝒓’𝒔 𝑯𝒐𝒍𝒊𝒅𝒂𝒚 𝑺𝒄𝒉𝒆𝒅𝒖𝒍𝒆

City offices will be closed on Wednesday, January 1, 2025, in recognition of New Year’s Day. The Statesville Fitness and Activity Center and Bentley Community Center will operate regular hours on Tuesday, December 31, and will be closed on Wednesday, January 1, 2025.

🔹 Motor Equipment Operator I - Water Maintenance Division (Full-Time) - This position is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of motorized equipment and for performing manual duties and preventative maintenance tasks within the water and sewer department.

🔹Police Officer (Full-Time) - This position performs intermediate protective service work involving a variety of general or support duty police assignments; does related work as required. Work is performed under the supervision of Patrol Corporals and Sergeants.
