Thanksgiving (City of Statesville Offices Closed)

City of Statesville offices will be closed on Thursday, November 28, and Friday, November 29, 2024, for Thanksgiving. Please note the following changes to facility hours and garbage collection schedules.

The Statesville Fitness & Activity Center will close early at 5:00 pm on Wednesday, November 27. Both the Fitness & Activity Center and the Bentley Community Center will reopen with regular hours on Saturday, November 30, 2024.

Safe Kids Iredell County

The Statesville Fire Department is excited to partner once again with Safe Kids Iredell County for the 5th Annual Winter Weather Drive. This important initiative provides essential cold-weather items to children in need throughout our community, helping them stay warm and safe this winter.

We invite you to support this drive by donating new items such as socks, gloves, hats, and other winter essentials. 

As in past years, City Hall is proud to serve as a collection point, making it convenient for you to contribute.

Donation Details:

• Collection Dates: Friday, November 1st through Sunday, December 15th
• Drop-off Location: Statesville City Hall (get directions here)
• City Hall Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
