A. Consider approving the October 29, 2024 Fall Planning Session Minutes, November 4, 2024 Pre-Agenda Minutes and City Council meeting minutes. (E. Kurfees)

B. Consider passing second reading of an ordinance regarding the condemnation of an abandoned, dilapidated dwelling and accessory structure located at 1323 Caldwell Street, to demolish as unsafe and a dangerous condition. (Marion)

C. Consider approving the Third Creek Extension Reimbursement Agreement with Prestige Land & Site Works, LLC and consider approving Budget Amendment #25-10. (Vaughan)

IX. Conduct a public hearing regarding the condemnation of an abandoned, dilapidated dwelling located at 514 Armfield Street and consider approving the first reading of an ordinance to demolish the dwelling and accessory structure as unsafe and dangerous condition. (Marion)

Consider passing the first reading of rezoning request ZC24-09 Arey Road for the property located between Arey Road and Buffalo Shoals Road, Statesville, NC; from Iredell County R-20 (Suburban Residential) District to City of Statesville R-8 CZ (Medium Density Single-Family Residential Conditional Zoning) District.
